We’re looking for a Mortgage Broker Assistant to support our brokers and help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients from enquiry through to settlement.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and varied role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident communicating with people. You’ll play a key part in keeping applications moving, supporting brokers behind the scenes, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting brokers with loan application processing and administration
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and real estate agents
• Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
• Preparing and lodging loan applications
• Managing lender follow-ups and application updates
• Updating and maintaining CRM systems and client records
• Helping deliver a smooth and professional client experience

Skills & Experience

• Previous administration, customer service, or office experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Professional phone manner and client-focused attitude
• Experience in finance or mortgage broking is highly regarded but not essential
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
