Crunch Finance is looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing team.

About the Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their lending needs and guide them through the entire loan process.
You’ll manage a mix of new enquiries, existing clients and referral relationships while providing clear, personalised lending advice. You’ll be supported by an experienced team, established systems and a strong local brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their financial position and lending goals
- Assess borrowing capacity and recommend suitable lending solutions
- Prepare, submit and manage loan applications from enquiry through to settlement
- Communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors, agents and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, including loan reviews and refinancing
- Stay informed about lender policies, products and industry requirements
- Meet compliance, service and performance standards
About You
You’re a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping people make informed financial decisions.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Broker or in residential lending
- A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- A Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, or a willingness to obtain one
- Current membership with an industry association
- Strong knowledge of residential lending products and lender policies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
- A client-focused, ethical and solutions-oriented approach
- Experience using mortgage broking software and CRM systems
